Made in America, Talley Manufacturing’s RMR bases are machined entirely from high grade 7000 series alloy and protected with a hard-coat anodizing to 65 Rockwell ensuring the craftsmanship of bases last the lifetime of your firearm.  The Winchester Model 70 RMR bases are all designed and manufactured with precision to fit with the industry’s tightest manufacturing tolerances.  These RMR bases provide a mounting platform for all RMR footprint optics that have been designed in accordance with the Trijicon RMR specifications. This mount offers a light weight minimized mounting solution.
