Return Policy

We will accepts returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original order date. All product returns require an RMA, which can be obtained by contacting us via email or phone. Returns after 30 days from the original order date may be granted on a case-by-case basis, but any return granted during this period will be subject to be a restocking fee. 

Omission of original product manuals, packaging, other product-specific materials, or damage to original packaging will cause a return to be subject to a restocking fee of between 15% and 50%, depending on severity.  Removal of UPC codes or serial numbers from a returned item will void the return and a refund will not be provided. 

All returns must be shipped to the return address provided with the appropriate RMA number. Packaging should be similar to the packaging provided in the original shipped order. Please do not write anything on the original packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at time of purchase, and are granted within 72 hours of receipt.  Full refunds are only provided given the product is returned in the same condition in which it was sold, with original undamaged packaging, product manuals, and manufacturer materials. Omission of original product manuals, packaging, other product-specific materials, or damage to original packaging will cause a return to be subject to a restocking fee of between 15% and 50%, depending on severity.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged and Defective Items

Some items cannot be physically inspected prior to shipping due to factory packaging. If damaged or defective merchandise is received, we must be notified within 1 business day of receipt.  Depending on the item or nature of the defect, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Any item returned as damaged or defective that is found to be neither damaged nor defective will be subject to a restocking fee.

Some products are covered by manufacturer warranty, and should instead be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Please contanct us for more information.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made by contacting us and requesting an RMA for the original order.  Terms of exchange are determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information.

Order Cancellations

Due to increased fees on credit card processing, orders that are cancelled by customers before shipping are subject to a 5% processing fee.
